GyroPlay ("we", "the project", "the site") respects the privacy of its users. This document explains what data is collected while using our site and how it is used.

1. What data is collected

  • Technical data: IP address (in hashed form), browser type, visit time and the pages you viewed.
  • Notification subscriptions: If you clicked the "Notify me when new ones arrive" button — your browser's push token is stored.
  • Country: The (approximate) country is determined from the IP address — this is needed for statistics.

We do not collect the following: first name, last name, phone number, address, password, bank cards or other personal data. Registration on the site is not required at all.

2. What the data is used for

  • Understanding how the site is working (statistics)
  • Identifying the most popular pages and settings
  • Sending push notifications only with your consent
  • Keeping the site secure and stable

3. Sharing data with third parties

We never sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We only use the following services:

  • Push notification services (Google FCM, Mozilla autopush) — for delivering notifications
  • DB-IP / GeoIP — for determining the country based on IP (local database, your data does not leave the server)

4. Cookies and localStorage

The site may store small technical data in your browser (session, settings). This data is only needed to make the site convenient to use and is not shared with third parties.

5. Security

Your IP address is stored in the database in hashed (SHA-256) form — meaning neither we nor even our staff can reconstruct the original IP. The site uses HTTPS encryption.

6. Your rights

  • You can opt out of notifications at any time (from your browser settings)
  • You can clear your browser cache and delete your saved session

7. Changes to the policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced separately on the site.
